When they say "Give credit" they mean, if you want to use these at all, just give credit to the person that made them. it doesn't matter if they are a member here or not

They don't have to be a member here for you to use them

Spriters don't join every forum they see, they just post their work for people to use on different sites. Just do what the creator says and give credit and you can use them.
