Warning System
Each member has an icon underneath their name next to the word "Status". This reflects your current status on the board - suspended or free to post. Users who break the rules will usually get a verbal warning first, with repeated offenses resulting in a temporary ban, or "probation". At this time the icon will change to reflect your suspended state. In some cases, no verbal warnings will be given out - this will be judged on a case by case basis. So it's in your best interests not to break the rules.
Probations can last anywhere from a few hours to days, weeks, or months, depending on the factors listed above. If you lose your ability to post within your first day of joining, you may be permanently banned. You may also be permanently banned depending on the severity of what you're warned for. You will also notice something that looks like " (0d)" next to your status. The d stands for "days" and the number reflects how many days are left before you are able to post again. Get banned long enough, and you'll also see how many months etc. are left. You can also click on this number to check your warning log and see why you were warned. At this time, users are unable to read the warning logs of other people. Getting warns back: You will regain your ability to post when the counter once again says (0d). At this time your suspension period will end and you will be free to post again. Users who go three months without getting probation are elligible for the Happy Heart badge. Users who go a year without getting probation get the Super Happy Heart badge. [ Script Execution time: 0.0255 ] [ 6 queries used ] [ GZIP Enabled ] [ Server Load: 1.91 ]
