Hey, you know that "Super Paper Mario" game that's, coming out for the Gamecube?

Do any of you know if it's coming out in the UK? I'm wondering because they've taken Gamecube stuff off the shelves everywhere besides Gamestation (some UK game store thing).

I'm just wondering, because I really want to get the game when it comes out.

Isn't the PS2 older than the Gamecube? Meh. I'm holding onto my Gamecube until I get a Wii (bathroom joke here) well, I guess I'm gonna keep it when I have my Wii too. <_<

Depends on where you buy it really. I wouldn't trust some backwater online store over, say, Gamestop.

But the same thing can nearly be said about American game shops. Slowly but surely the GC stuff is being phased out so the other three consoles can have more shelfspace. The nearest Gamestop has two wall sections for GC things (one for used, one for new), and about twice as much for each other console, more for the PS2.

what about us poor shlubs with no way to shop online?

GameCube hasn't been taken off the shelves, just limited to one or half a shelf. Hell, they're still selling N-Gages in some UK shops. I expect Super Paper Mario/Twighlight princess will be big, if not HUGE games for the market, so I doubt they'll just let them pass by.

Here, in a big games shop where I buy all my games, they have about one section of shelf for every console. PS2, PSP, DS, GC, etc.
So annoying living here though. I got NSMB one week late.

Is it just me, or does the UK seem a bit... insecure? Would that be the right way? I mean passing up Nintendo's systems and games because they're too "kiddy" and what-not.

Canada FTW, Diverse Gamers. And the EB has a lot of HUGE shelves for each console... trust me i know.. i've had my fair share of Stocking the shelves... find alot of interesting games..
