Well for the buildings, they'll need to be active objects if they aren't already, and they'll have to be at least 32 pixels taller than your level
I'm also assuming that the level doesn't actually scroll and the tops of the buildings are at (0,0)
Always
--> Set Y position of "Building" to: Y( "Building" ) - 1
Y position of "Building" <= -32
--> Set Y position of "Building" to: 0
