I'm also going to draw the rest of the Strawhat crew (Zoro, Nami, Sanji, etc.) The colors didn't came out as good as I thought it would, but it's still good... One Piece is AWESOME!

No it's Zoro, not Zolo.

At least, that's what he's called in Japan.

Zolo's the US translation due to the fact "Zoro" sounds too similar to Masked Zorro. Originally, it was also Zoro in the US manga, but when the anime dub came, he was changed to Zolo.

You fool, Zoro's his real name. 4Kids changed it to Zolo becuase of copyright issue from Disney's Zorro, even though Disney's Zorro was spelt differently (with two Rs). But there no such thing of copyrighting a name, which was very stupid. And thanks to 4Kids's name change in some character from One Piece (Smoker to Chaser and Gomu Gomu to Gum Gum), the manga have to change the names to match with the butcher dubbed anime. I think that's why...

It was?! I never read the OP manga Viz translated, but I do read the manga that was translated by somebody else which kept everything. So I don't really knew that until now. Was Ace's name also changed?

Well anyway, I'm working on Zoro right now and I'll post it later on or tomorrow.

Ace isn't shown in the manga yet. And he's not gonna appear in at least 60 more chapters. 4kids skipped two major arcs just to get to Chopper and Ace quicker in the anime.

The Gum Gum attack names were in the Viz manga already before the anime started airing. 4kids actually got their attack names from the manga, not vice versa.

Awesome art, BTW, can't wait to see how you do the rest of the crew.
