I was a big part of the fanbase and I knew the people who made it, Cellius18 sexualburgerking and oriqoux

watch the story of Joe Cracker, and I animated a cartoon about a joke fanfiction made about the Light of Courage (which also happens to be fan fiction) you might find the link on lightofcracker

good stuff, the animations are made too look shoddy but a lot of time and effort went into them

^ that will sum up the origins of the light of courage and give you a little insight on the idiot who wrote the scripts for them.

In a nutshell this guy Joe Cracker was posting on IGN forums about his fan fiction script he wanted to make into a movie, so these three got together and pretended to be DiC animation wanting to pick up the idea, and they made an "animation test" for one of the scenes (the first light of courage, with majoras mask) He loved it and fell for it. When they finally told him what was going on it was a little after TLOC 2 came out and they had to give a few production pictures to get it through his thick head that he had been duped. Anyways it's been great, he's been fooled a lot of times but that's partly due to the fact that he has Asbergers syndrome or something like that

It's amazing how far these guys actually go with the joke, quality-wise. The graphics and sound is actually pretty amazing.

It's also funny as hell.
