I kinda favor 98 over those two.

But, there's a fighting game i found utterly hilarious.
Its for the CPS2(That means arcade), Super Gem Fighter: Mini Mix. Its kinda on the really hard side, but "dam".

Guilty Gear X - Advance Edition might be worth a shot. but I have no idea about this title myself.

The SD Hiryu mode is what makes it worth playing, because your characters gain levels and can actually win items to equip or use in battle. There's also other kinds of unlockables too. However, if you want something a bit more traditional, there's always the Virtual Hiryu mode. The only thing notable is that there's a grading system that rates your performance after you beat the game.
