I wouldn't trust it. Plus it looks like your fees will jump by a factor of 12 after the first year.

York Networks is a good hosting place, for free.. (and it doesn't have ads, they have full cPanel access, PHP, MySQL, domain hosting if you buy a domain somewhere else, and more)
