Okay, I moved it onto my other computer, and if I do alt+enter, it doesn't go full screen. It just makes the error noise and stays normal. Is there any way to fix this?

There's no menu where you can just choose it? You HAVE to use the keyboard shortcut?

yeah mugen.cfg again.
this time. ctrl + f "[Video Win]" without quotation marks.
change
DXmode = whatever
to
DXmode = Hardware
or
DXmode = Software

Read the ";" comment lines for more info.
