OzzFest

Only concert that I ever went to was a L.I.V.E. concert. Only one in my whole life. ****ed up my ears for a day... it did.

I honestly dont see the point if you can just listen to it on your comp or mp3 player.

When I went to see every time i die, my ears were ringing for about 3 days.

First off, I rather for you not to make any comments. Only because you have no cule on what you're talking about.

The whole bat thing was a accident.



And he was awesome when he performed, wasnt stoned. he looked really good for a 65 year old man to get out there and do his stuff. I could actually hear him sing and his illness wasnt getting in the way of that. The things that you see on T.V arent whats really about Ozzy's life. Thats called getting people to watch the ****ing show.

You only know, what you hear from stupid **** heads in the media buisness.

Maybe you should do some ****ing research about music, before you say anything to me in my face. I'm not in any mood for your lame ass ****.

I love the video. Thats pretty awesome.

Oh, to let you know also. My dad actually got a video Cam and recorded some of the concert for this year and last year's OzzFest.

DragonForce owns. The only other reason I would go to this is because System is apparantly not touring for a while after these shows.



... and it's ****ing expensive.

Ah, thats alright if you're not metal. Not holding that agaisnt you at all. I just dont like it when people bash other people for the type of things that they like. That pisses me off big time.

I love Radiohead and Weezer.

Well, I'm not really into them, but I love the style of music they put off.

Radiohead got me into them, by making this really weird video of the singer in this really weird world and in the end he steals a pair of shoes and turns into a tree.

Weezer I like, because they made a song about Beverly Hills. :p


I love more music like Jimmi Hendrix, Ozzy Osborne, Black Sabbath, AD/DC,Led Zeppelin,Beatles, Guns n' Roses,Tesila, Quiet Riot, Pink Folyd...etc.

When somebody gets older it gets harder for them to entertain. It's been proven with anybody. Ringo Starr, The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen. Ozzy Ozbourne isn't some immortal beast. He's getting older, it's evident that his voice has changed, and his performances these days are no Black Sabbath contemporaries. Last year my dad and me went to a Judas Priest concert and his was moaning and pissing about how much it sucked compared to when he saw them at the bowl ages ago - and I can promise you that Judas Priest is every bit as talented as Ozzy.

Also, I'm sure you noticed a striking pattern in the audience when you were there: old men are there for Ozzy Ozbourne. Like your dad. I'm sure not EVERY teenage girl wanted to go down to see Ozzy Ozbourne with men taking turns smoking out of a party burn while listening to an aged Ozzy Ozbourne sing Cowboys from Hell - I'm sure all the young (who went) went solely to go to see bands like System of a Down.



And how is "biting off a bat's head" considered a mistake?!

You're right about the teenagers not enjoying the concert of Ozzy Osborne, But form the last other couple of times that I've saw him with Black Sabbath at Ozzfest. He was doing pretty good. It was like he came back to life. I know its hard for a older rock entertainer to perform out on stage, but for Ozzy being 65 or so, he did a pretty damn good job.

When he was performing one night, some idiot threw a live bat on stage that was tied up. Usually before that Ozzy would bite the head of fake bats, not real ones. So he thought that it was a toy bat. He picked it up and before he knew it I guess he realized "after" he bit the head off the bat...that it was a real bat. How didnt he notice it before? I have no idea. I think it was pretty much dead when the idiots threw it up there. After that Ozzy had to get shots in his ass, but the Dove story is real. He was high and decided to bite the head of the Doves. He scared the living **** out of the reporter though. Sharon got pissed off at him. :P

There's a guy at my school who, uh emulated Ozzy Osbourne's biting-the-head-off-a-bat by doing the same thing, except with a dead bird. XP

Going to see Iron Maiden and Trivium in December though (Not a big fan of Trivium but they're going to be there, so.)

It's double that here for a lawn seat, which is why I'm not going. Otherwise I would go in a heartbeat.
