It's a puzzle game where you indirectly control a ball: you really just decide how much force gets put on a given side rather than actually controlling it. Things start easy, but it eventually ramps up to controlling four balls at once. And they're all tied together with ropes. It's a multiplayer platformer/shooter with netplay and a ****load of weapons and full modability (including custom characters).
