These suckers rip you off...., 200 for crap like this?!

I'd like to stay in Holiday Inn PARIS LA VILLETTE, but they charge 200 euro for it :o we can afford it but it's ****ing expensive so it's down to two hotels... Holiday Inn (200 euro) or Terrass hotel (231 euro) My family want's 4-star hotels. Do you know which one would be better without saying "Merchant anit french111!!!!" and help me out?
