It cannot be that one cannot live without a 1MB animated gif in their sig. In terms of pixel size, pics should just be restricted to a size that fits perfectly in a window on a 800x600 screen, because this is the absolute minimum of screen resolution. --> File size limit is a must have.

For IE:

Internet options > Security tab > Restricted sites > Add "http://witendofi.com" in the list.

Actually, I think that if we DO let up just a bit on the limitations for avatar sizes, it should only be a little. Not only are a few of our members a little...obnoxious, imagine the size some of these things would be if some sigs are already this huge!

Besides, THIS IS MFGG, without limits there's going to be some loser who wants to put something gigantic and page-stretching in their avatar, no doubt. Then everyone will be like, "OLOLOL LUK AT DA BEEG AVITAR" then there will be a big fad of topics like, "Hey (insert member's name with big av here), come post in this topic!!"
