True. When XD started as a tag team consisting of Dark Yoshi and Press Start, they had their asses handed to them in the August 1 Tag Team Championship Round-Robin Tournament.

If you mean XD, that group more or less dissolved around the time we unified its title with the MFGG World Heavyweight Championship to form the Undisputed World Title.

What is my purpose in life

I added a new feature to the site: a list of MFGG Grand Slam Champions.

Since the title scene in MFGG Wrestling has changed in the past month, there are effectively two versions of the Grand Slam: the "Classic," consisting of the MFGG World Heavyweight, XD, SVH, and Tag Titles; and the "Modern," consisting of the Undisputed World, Internet, SVH, and Tag Titles. (An Undisputed World Championship reign does not count towards MFGG/XD title reigns for a Classic Grand Slam.)

Right now, there are three people who can win a Grand Slam with one more title reign: Press Start needs to win the SoVeryHardcore Championship to secure a Classic Grand Slam, while Suigi and Zasshou both need an Internet Championship reign to earn the Modern Grand Slam (Zasshou is already a Classic Grand Slam Champion).

I'm almost tempted to go after the tag team belt alone because I'm just so awesome.


Would that even be possible?

Since Zeus Pro doesn't allow handicap matches, I'd have to create a tag team consisting of you and a duplicate of you. The team would just be named "Zasshou." I'd have to edit all your matches so that you don't tag yourself in. In other words, it'd be a lot of work, and I'd rather not.

Though it is technically possible to be a solo Tag Team Champion. I did this for one day after my partner Dark Yoshi was "killed" by Suigi.

And a clone seems like a good enough schtick to use, but maybe a little bit later. I still have a hard time looking at Suigi without seeing double.

I'm also announcing that Press Start is hereby the number one contender to the MFGG SoVeryHardcore Championship and will face Dark Yoshi tomorrow at Daily Damage #100: Night of Champions for that title. Tonight, however, he faces Stinkoman.
