The final event, MFGG/AWN At the World's End, will take place Friday, and will see the AWN Heavyweight, Intercontinental, and Hardcore Championships unified into their MFGG equivalents (Undisputed World, Internet, and SoVeryHardcore). Right now, this means: Undisputed World Champion Uber n00ber (MFGG) vs AWN Heavyweight Champion Smans Smansy Rodriguez (AWN). AWN Intercontinental Champion Dark Yoshi (MFGG) vs MFGG Internet Champion Sarahsuke (MFGG). Extreme Rules Match: AWN Hardcore Champion DarkRecon (AWN) vs MFGG SoVeryHardcore Champion SuperZero. The UWC/AWN Heavyweight match might be different, however; tonight, there will be an AWN Heavyweight Championship match between Julio Cesar F and Smans Smansy Rodriguez. --------------------

AWN Wrestling is more or less closing down. The original plan was to just quietly end the interpromotional deal and abandon all the AWN titles, but I figured that if AWN were going to close, we might as well unify their titles into our's and give our's more legitimacy (which is especially important for the UWC, as it further solidifies its claim to being the "undisputed" title).

Julio's already on the roster, so that will be a smooth transition. I've personally invited one person to join; the others are certainly free to.

Doesn't really make us sound "better." They're just closing down due to inactivity. If anything, unifying their titles into our's rather than just abandoning them keeps the history of AWN active through our championships.
