Nintendo would careless. i bet it's about some kid/teenager getting kicked out of their house so they go to move into this dinky town and they , along with the townsfolk, transform it into a big city... or something to that point

Didn't show that much though, but the animation seemed smooth and the backgrounds are familiar, so that's nice.
