| QUOTE (Joey @ Jul 26 2006, 11:44 AM) | | If they belong to the body parts of people whose families wanted a proper burial (with all of their body parts intact) that's a bit... disrespectful. Not to mention, highly unsanitary. |
Formaldehydration, basically, a jar with a tissue preserving liquid in it. Also, skulls can be cleaned very toroughly and be touched up to the point where to look very nice. I've never myself seen a persons remains to be of any importance once the person has passed away, i mean, in the end, there's just a bunch of bones. Oh and what about cremation? burn your loved ones up, and keep them as a decorative jar in your home.
I just, don't know what people see in a bunch of bones.
Suppose others feel more strongly about it.
Mind you, I have seen the human body being opened up, in a purely scientific way, so I might not be as repulsed as you.
If someone is buried, i'm okay with that, I won't go dig in graves, i'll leave that to the archeologists in 2300 or wtf...
I mean, if said bones were lifted from a place where the family had decided that that is where the bones should rest, may she burn in hell forever. But if the skulls and bones were, infact donated or something... I wouldn't mind.
