If this is in MMF or TGF it's really easy. First you create an object, then you click right click two times on it or left click and choose edit. After that, you will have to create... Why am I telling you this... There's a tutorial already which teaches you this (chocoBreak).

Animate the sprite.

and when setting sprite:
sub_image=-1
image_speed=anything except 0
