Yeah..... the title says it all pretty much, i want to download updates but NOOOOOOOOO.

NORTON DOES NOT SUPPORT.... i've tried all solutions, made an incoming- a portal folder too, made qaurantine aswell, ive even done what is said, uninstall and reinstalled it- Nothing... does anyone know what to do?

Use something other than Norton.

Only use Norton (if you absolutely MUST use Norton) if you're using typical P2P+search (limewire, kazaa, gnutella, whatever else works these days) software. If you aren't using typical P2P (BitTorrent seems pretty secure.. so far..) then go with anything you like. Heck, let's be honest.. Even if you are P2P'ing your system to death, it's probably best not to Norton it to death at the same time.

AVG Free seems to be the virus scanner of choice. I install it on all systems I setup, and I've not had any issues with it so far.

yeah, ive got AVG free... now Norton refuses to take itself off...

and ITS TAKING 34 GB OFF MY COMPUTER SO IT'S SLOW AS HELL.
