Unfinished hair thing, sort of a help topic actually

I've been drawing this pretty cool looking picture of this one dude, but I'm stuck on something. I can't get this asshole's hair to look right. So I'm asking YOU GUYS to help me out. It's mainly the top part. I like the bangs and everything.

I just want people to try it, because I can't get it to look right. I just draw it the same every time. Lazy mmkay.
