Legal action will be taken when you take this to court and the judge laughs you back out with a fine for copyright infringement. Parodies made with no profit might be another story. But I believe a lawsuit falls under profit.

Anyway looks cool.

Heh heh. You're missing something.

No component of this game is copyrighted to you. At all. The only legal action you can do is pointing the offender out and allowing Nintendo themselves to go after him, and making sure they understand you have not, do not and never will profit from this parody so that they don't school you either.

I have added a menu box to the game, breakable blocks, a fixed problem that messed up where Mario could walk, and overall more challenging levels. I will be adding a spike top and paragoomba. --------------------
