However, you should probably stay away from moving platforms until you understand Game Maker more. Also, for Mario's movement, don't use the drag 'n drop action that has the 8 red arrows, use the drag 'n drop action that is a single red arrow (the horizontal one for walking, the vertical one for jumping). -------------------- Quoth the raven, "~teehee~"

Stop "YELLING". It's not helping anyone. It's only his first engine for chrissakes.

At any rate, this engine is very, very bad. You need a lot of practice and you need to take a look at some tutorials.
