While the collect-so-many-items isn't a new idea, isn't an oft-used one. The use of custom graphics is also good. Keep it up. And Mario's, well, Italian. The game was good overall, but the level may be too gimicky for the first level. Also, it was possible to get stuck if you fell between the yellow blocks when retracing your steps. Atleast you had spikes there so you could kill yourself.
