Ohh, I was thinking it was the one from Mario VS Donkey Kong, where he says a bunch of stuff in the credits as well as all throughout the game.

Don't feel bad, thunder. It took me awhile to get ahold of him as well, and an even longer time for me to work up the courage to ask him for a favor, and even then oly after I thought I'd helped him sufficiently to where he may help me as well, I had to be very patient but it was worth it in the end
