I got it published through Lulu.com, with whom a lot of self-publishers get their works published and printed. The service is free and works similarly to Cafepress, however if you want to have it sold through retail outlets and earn higher royalties, it's another $100.

Well, I forgot to mention this earlier, but I actually get $2.50 if someone buys the book at retail price.

Retail has to make its money somehow and I didn't want to overprice the book too much.

Also, for everyone concerned about the price, if you buy it from me directly, the book costs only $16.00. You'd have to go to http://www.lulu.com/kpress to buy it.
