Talk to your local bookstore and request that they put copies in stock. If they get their books through Ingram, they should be able to get a copy of the book in their stores within a week or two.

Well that's all fine and dandy if you wanted to buy the book for $30-something on retail.

When I start working on Volume 3, I can downsize and start making at least $5 per book.
