I for one -loved- Golden Axe and only have it for the plug and play Genesis thing, which quite frankly is not convenient enough for me to want to play it. I'll buy it on the Wii for sure.

Because when you do it, you're not cautious like he is and you just fly right out into the open with pompous trolling and racist comments.

Because I don't swear and i'm awesome and have a dollar with which to bribe the admins with.

As for which games i'd like to see on the Wii virtual console, I can only remember one Golden Axe, which I played in an Arcade with my sister many years ago while on holiday, and it was good from what I remember.

I'd like to see more series, as opposed to just single games, so i'm hoping if games like Sonic are there, Sonic 2, 3&K and the rest would follow.

Okay okay, yeah, they get pissed off at each other. End of conversation, back on topic. I feel like a babysitter.

Again people miss the point and speculate on what they want rather than what was just confirmed, I love writing up topics so we can go into the GameFAQs standard of ranting.

Anyone got a link to a "Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer" topic for the Virtual Console? That seems to be the official stamp this sort of post is missing.

I haven't heard of Ristar before, but I went and saw the intro posted in that other dude's topic and I was quite intrigued.

I think it's likely to be more selective, or have a lot of "rare" games which people weren't likely to have owned, as well as the ultra popular ones like the old F-Zero games, and the brand-name games like Mario and Zelda etc

If it weren't for all the license problems we'd probably be hearing a lot more. It's trouble enough probably to get 3rd parties to sign off, let alone licensed games (If we get a single Spider0man VC game I'll be amazed *pun*)

What is your problem? This is a forum for discussion and I can say what I like without having you being antagonistic about what I say, just because it doesn't comply with the Nightwing stamp of aproval.

ANYWAY.

I wonder if there's likely to be stats, showing which of the Virtual Console games are the most popular? Might be a good way to gauge which games might be deserving of a sequel someday.

As for licensing, I could've sworn I saw a list ages ago showing a bunch of SNES Virtual Console games which were made by other companies.
