It invades your computer and wants to do all your media stuff. I hated it, so I uninstalled. Then later, I wanted to get down with this whole podcasting phase. So I thought, maybe I was being unfair when I said iTunes sucks. So I downloaded it again, and try as I might, I could not enjoy my experience. I uninstalled. Then Quicktime started packing in iTunes, and that was stupid, until I found "Quicktime without iTunes." I hope this new "iTunes" doesn't suck.
