What I mean by that, is it keeps shutting off on me.
The computer (CPU or Motherboard I mean) is a HP VECTRA VL420 MT.
They have beep codes to tell you what's wrong with your computer, and a few nights ago it started beeping. It sounds like a ringtone, but then after that it made 3 kind of long beeps. I'm not sure what that means because the internet doesn't seem to be giving me any info on beep codes for this model.

I'm just wondering if there is anyone here who knows beep codes or if they have suggestions on what could be wrong.

It just keeps turning off on me and restarting without warning.
Ever since 2 nights ago when it did that little beep thing.

If someone could help in someway, then that'd be nice.

Thanks in advance.

My A+ book only list beep code groups. This list was released by HP specifically for the Vectra VL420. However, it'll probably be the same for everything else manufactured with that BIOS, and may be the same accross multiple BIOS vendors as well.
