Learn Coding. C++ or something like this. If you want to make a Game like Ragnarok Online or World of Warcraft, then you need alot of time... I mean ALOT OF TIME. then you need a team. 10 - 20 people or more. Its not a walk on clouds making an mmorpg but:

some of them are 3D makers and some are for 2D games.
