I'm going to follow Guinea's form for the compo starting post:
Thanks for your votes, those of you who voted for me, though I'm not sure that my game was all that great... Ultramario's was better...
If this feels like a weird post, it's because I've never won any compos anywhere before.
Anyway, Topic: Make a Marioish game that uses some kind of DS features. Some examples would be 2 screens, touch sensory(e.g. mouse...), DSish 3d, stuff like that.
Rules: +If you want, you can team up, but no more than 4 people. +You need at least one DS feature. (changed from needing at least the 2 screens thing...) +This compo will last 2 weeks and will end on October 18, 2006
If this topic is not a good topic, go ahead and request a topic change, because I don't really like myself. Otherwise, good luck!

| QUOTE (SonicProject @ Sep 27 2006, 08:07 AM) | | I don't really know how a game with two properly executed "screens" would be possible without extensive programming of some sort. |
subapps ftw
EDIT: but coming up with a half-decent control scheme is a pain in the ass
