I might have a go at this... Seems more interesting than just spriting one particular thing.

And dsGuru, that mockup picture is amazingly brilliant and someone needs to make it into a game.

i was looking for a mockup example at pixeljoint and found it, it indeed needs a game. :O

So you can use a different background as long as you create the sprites right?

yep, custom backgrounds would be more awesome but having to sprite the backgrounds too would scare away people from the contest.

I think that I'll enter this time.

EDIT: Wait, can I use a sprite that I made before the comp in it or not?
