Crossworld Island online, A jump'n run game online

Description : Crossworld Island is an online Jump'n Run game. But not an easy one because you can build your own world and after you have built the world you can play the level with four players. You can also develop campaigns with the campaign editor. All Editors are very easy to unterstand. The online rating system sorts out the user's levels which can't be solved. Collect items, build your own chat-room resp. your own living room, create an individual character which whom you can go for chatting, collecting a lot of items, coins and with this you can buy special items like the elastic spring, which you can take with you in a level.You can also play special characters in the levels like the diver, the peasant or the mechanic to go through the world of Crossworld Island. On this screenshot you can see the level-editor of Crossworld Island. Here you can build your own levels with different objects and tilesets. Here you can see two barrels and some coins.

On the next screenshot there are some more details, like water, the starting points and a small room..

On the last screenshot of the editor there are some chests, some plants and a point for the dangerous rotating ball. There's also the exit on the hill.

Now I switched into the game and startet my level. It looks like that.

Features :
- login system
- level editor for own levels and campaigns
- objects and tielsets which you get step by step
- an online shop where you can buy items with your collected coins
- a living room which is like your own chat room
- you can choose between different characters with different characteristics (e.g. the diver can dive, the peasant can plant plants and the mechanic can repair things )
- day / night system which is controlled by the server. During the day, the levels are different than at night. For example: Ghosts can only be seen at night.
- wind affects the game. In the level-editor you can adjust the wind
- slippery surfaces. ice blocks can be placed in the level-editor
- teamplay. without teamplay you can't solve some levels. everyone can choose what he wants to play before the level is loaded.
- collecting. if you finish a level succesfully, all collected coins and items will be placed in your online account.
- own text for signs and persons. signs can be placed in the editor and you can add your own text
- different background music
- spoken text which can be used in the editor

Nice. The screenshots are great. And the gameplay, too (its me, mechasonic). The beta-test was awesome. I hope alot of players will play it =D

One question, though...What the hell is a "jump'n run"?

To MegaTailzChao-I think jump'n run is like a speed run across a level like for example. In some levels in SMB you can run really fast through the levels and finish them really quick.

To the main topic-I'm really looking forward to this game. Sounds VERY nice...

no. a jump'n'run is a game where you can jump and run XD. well smb, smb2 and so on are jumpnruns. e.g. rayman, too.
