Vertical level, supa. I'll one o' thems. But, sir Guinea, what are the specs of a level? View width, max jump height, etc. That would help plenty with my level design.

From stand, Mario can jump four blocks high (64 pixels).
When Mario runs at full speed, he can jump 72 or more, not sure.
The highest jump can be done from stomping an enemy. Probably six blocks or more, not sure. If you want to know accurately, you can just play the game and look.

The view is 320x240, Mario is always centered.

About all the other stuff: Check the first page.
