I'm struggling in the area of making fighters. All I can really do is get the charcater to move. I can't get attacking, items, stages with traps, enemy AIs, and alot of those things.I also need some help with character selection and unlocking characters. Some help would be nice.

Making a fighting game is a very complicated procedure, I advise making simpler games before trying to make something so big.

MegaTailzChao is right. Fighting games are very hard to make. Once I looked at the fighting game's gmd(Game Maker 5 file) it was..overwhelming with code..so yeah I agree with MegaTailzChao. ph34r.gif

He's right. I tried once but I gave it up after 1 hour (maybe a little to soon). It's just... to much.
