Odd problem in Animal Crossing Wild World

I've only been getting the pitfalls, and there haven't been any fossils in my town for about a month. Is this a glitch, or some other problem? Please, help! -------------------- Current ref. That kind of thing happens in many many games; you miss something, ignore it forever, and when you go back to try and get it, you will never ever find it. Like the 8 red coin Boos in the courtyard in SM64DS: a glitch that, when the boos are ignored after showing up long enough, the red coins disappear. -------------------- Falcon Punch is the result of the Sun heating fists. It drives the Blue Falcon. Heating causes destruction of water into the pain, where it then hurts, creating rain. Rain creates flowing water in tears, which can then be converted into other forms through more pain. My Ref - Full Body Ref (minus the badass hat) Visit Just Another Just Another Day - The Webcomic!
