Not really excited at the moment, but I won't complain like an idiot either, i'll wait until stuff that interests me comes out for things like N64, SNES and Genesis.

NES games never really interested me too much.

That's stupid. You can't charge more for Super Nintendo games than MegaDrive games, they're pretty much equal consoles.

Are you really going to complain if that's the case? It's not like the SNES list is spectacular right now.

I've been wondering ever since I heard of the Virtual Console just how many games we'll be able to play. Will it play anything the real thing could? What's the compatibility list?
Could we turn our old cartridges into Wii-compatible files? Could we play hacks, pirates, and unliscensed titles? I'm sure Nintendo won't be releasing them for download, but if someone figured out how to do it, will the Wii play them? How will I play Cheetahmen??

Disappointing, but I'm not angry because I'm not buying a Wii to play old games. I'm going to have my fun with Zelda and other titles, then by the time I get tired of those I'm sure plenty of older games will be on the VC.

Yes, but that still doesn't address Nintendo's stupidity with making VC titles region specific.

Although I guess there could be a good explanation, so I hope somebody comes in here and gives it to us. Right now all that comes to mind is language barriers, which Nintendo could easily warn people about before their purchase if that was the case.
