Maybe i'll just wait for alternative colours.

Meh, according to this most stores will have them in stock. I might try getting one from GAME or something...

I might have more luck up here in Scotland, as I dunno if the Wii is intensely popular or anything... I do know I've talked to more people feeling positive about it than those who weren't sure though, so who knows.

There's a woolworths here that might take pre-orders... But I'm guessing it's usually quite busy around Christmas, so I dunno if they'll have any pre-orders. Then again people don't usually go to them mainly for video games, so they might have some available...
