The only possibility I can think of is that you consider the other companies to be getting an unfair amount of "bad luck" in things like this.

The thing is, though, that I expect Nintendo doesn't suffer from these kinds of hardware problems because they're just better at preventing them beforehand from happening. Thus, they deserve to end up making less mistakes with their consoles.

I don't actually wish that. :p

In my opinion, Wii > 360 > PS3. I'm definitely getting the Wii (it's the one with Mario games!), and it seems like the 360 is the only non-Nintendo system that interests me in the slightest, except for Sega systems. I wouldn't actually get a 360, though, because the only game on it that really interests me (though it interests me a lot) is the new Sonic game. I would definitely never get a PlayStation system, for several reasons which I would rather not get into here.
