Now then, down to business, a while back, we were throwing around the thought of having the comp to be boss themed, and I thought that was a good idea, but then after juggling it in my head for a while, I though we should be more specific... good old rivalry. Mario is the good guy, Wario is the bad guy, make a minigame that involves Mario having to triumph over Wario! You have 3 weeks, so this'll end December 10th! Get crackin'! The Game Maker Help file is probably the best resource for learning GM that there is. It serves as the documentation for the whole program, and it has a table of contents and index and stuff. You can also go to the GM website (http://www.gamemaker.nl), and download one of their tutorials. They have a very useful (though simple) one for platformers.
