Uh oh.

I just realized Raikyo was permabanned (by request). Now I'm not sure if his entry can even be voted for. Could someone please enlighten me?

Also, could more people please vote? It always seems like the winner wins more fairly, not to mention it's more exciting, if more people are voting.

It's just a little over 8 hours before the Top 5 voting is over (assuming that Minigame Comp Top 5 voting only takes place in one day, like the Drawing Comp Top 5 voting).

Yes, that's correct. Vote, but don't vote for yourself. (Actually I'm not sure the "don't vote for yourself" rule applies to Top 5 voting, but I know it applies to final voting.)

You mean only for Minigame Comps? Because in Drawing comps, at least, any number of people can vote for Top 5. (I just checked.)

I'm not sure at this point whether or not it should have ended after 5 votes.

Is it okay with you, mr.mario, if we just wait until an hour and 15 minutes from now? That way there will have been exactly 24 hours for Top 5 voting.
