Is it possible for someone to tell me how many hours more there are to work on this? I'm getting sort of close to done, but I have to leave for work in 3 hours, and it will be tomorrow (the 10th) before I'm able to work on it again, if I'm not done before I leave for work today. Does it have to be all finished before tomorrow comes, or what? (I hope not.)

I think ppl can hold on for 10 minutes for last min entries but not sure.

People let you finish quick if your only going to be ten minutes or so. or at least I think.

All right, guys, I'm desperate now. I can't finish the game before I get to work today. All I can do is ask this: does a competition technically last until the same time of day as the original post, on the day it's announced to be over? For example, in my time zone Hatman started this comp at 6:14 PM on Nov. 19. Therefore, if you go by exact hours, it would be over at 6:14 PM tomorrow (Dec. 10), again in my time zone. (No matter what time zone you're in, the same amount of hours goes by between these two times.) If I'm allowed to submit my entry any time before 6:14 PM (my time zone) tomorrow (exactly 3 weeks after the posting of this topic), I'll be able to finish the game. Otherwise, I almost certainly will be screwed, with a potentially good game partially gone to waste.

P.S. I can almost certainly get it done by the time 12 hours have passed from the time I'm posting this.

You know, you dont have to have it in EXACTLY at the time the compo started, the Compo usually ends at the end of that day or gets an extension. But... it could be different this time 'round.

All I'm hoping for is that I'll still be able to have my entry in the competition if I don't get it done until 12 hours or so from now. Unless it takes a slight bit more time, which is extremely unlikely.

Actually, if my entry gets done, it's gonna be a full-fledged Wario Wario fangame. I realized I didn't have enough time to finish in the amount of time I had and still do other stuff (like my sprite compo entry), not to mention what's going on in real life. I really like the way it was coming along, though, so I may still finish, just not in time for this compo.

You can always post your entry unfinished.

I would rather not do that, I must say.

I'll probably get the game done within the next few hours, but won't be able to post it until tomorrow morning because I'm unable to access the Internet on this computer after midnight here.

I'm sorry, but I don't know how to compress it with anything but WinRAR. Can anyone else, by any chance, convert the game to a .zip?

EDIT: The reason I'm asking is because some people might not be able to play it, if they don't have WinRAR.

Oop, an error was just discovered in the game (Biddy discovered it, actually). Here's the fixed version. I also added a couple things to the Game Information.

It would be great if someone updated the .zip version too. I'm sorry that I missed that stuff earlier and had to update; I didn't test the game quite well enough the first time.

EDIT AGAIN: There was another error! It's fixed now.
