It seems important enough. And it getting bumped all the time is rather erm... inconvienient.

On a side note, the "No Stupidity" rule topic needs to just be added to the rules and moved to The Vault.

In fact, it's not that important at all.

It's just a topic that someone made out of boredom that has gone ridiculously out of hand so no.

It's bumped frequently enough that it usually doesn't have a problem staying on the first page, anyway.
