Wow.. My school has like.. no rules like that..

We actually have our rules in a tiny box in our student planner, with like 3 sentances "No spagetti straps or Muscle Shirts. No bandanas or Do-rags. Anything that would be deemed inappropriate for school is not allowed."

We have to do that at my middle school.

The seventh grade I entered was the year it started.

They remind everyone every day on the announcements, have a list of people who don't, detentions are handed out, every other rule is ignored but this one.

And girls don't have to do it. Or even have to worry about their own dress code. They break it all the ****ing time. No one cares.

My friend also got called over once because he had a small hole in his jeans that they made him stitch up himself.

What the hell.

yeah, dress code sucks.
Last time I went to school I got suspended cuz I was wearing a sky blue jacket -.- they said I was trying to dress girly to get attention, its the only jackey I had, what I was supposed to do? it was cold.

I had to do that. With f***ing SAFETY PINS. Oh, and they think it's bad because it "shows off to much skin."

Also, a friend of mine was wearing a skirt longer than the "fingertip length" rule the school has, but a teacher made her change for no reason.

I love how the cheerleading outfits break this rule 50% of the time, though. I also love how the cheerleaders HAVE to wear their outfits to school.

Anyways I live in the "safest city in America" so my school does do some overprotective things, they're planning to install security cameras but ehh nothing really bad (security cameras I don't really mind because I'm not doing anything that gets me in trouble anyways)

At my old school in Monrovia, California, we were not allowed to fight with our shadows
We would use our own shadows to hit other people's shadows and the school just-- I don't even know why they made that against the rules...
