There's a .zip file further down in the Fangame Discussion topic for it; ultramario put the game into a .zip for me and posted it there, because I didn't know how to do it (and I don't think I have the right program). Also, I don't think uploading it as an .exe was working (I tried that).

It's fine that you're voting for MTC though.
