I've seen better ones, but I've also seen worst ones.

Good! Make a SNES one, N64, NGC, DS, GBA, and a Wii one and you'll be a controller spriter!

Your perspective is off. Probably would have been better just to make it in isometric instead.

the buttons needs work, they are not straight as the rest of the controler. but good work.

It's not a sprite, it's pixelart.

Also: I'm using an actual controller for reference.

Yeah, the basic shape is there, but if you were going for the iso look, your isometrics are off in several places.

The controlpad bugs me. It's flat and it looks crooked.

Still off. If you draw a straight line through the centers of your A and B buttons, and then a straight line along the edge of your controller, you will see that these lines intersect (remember to draw them long enough) The buttons themselves are fine - they're round. But their positions and the grey around them could use work.

Also, your D-pad might need some similar adjusting, and it should be more to the imaginary center of the black it's on top of. I say imaginary because at thic angle, the center might not be where the center is if you're looking at it straight up/down.

Other than those things, maybe the nintendo too, everything else seems quite nice! A little work on your alignment and you'll be golden in no time!
