Luigi's Circuit You can get hit across the gray wall near the beginning.
Koopa Troopa Beach At the beginning of the course, look for a "V" shape in the rock. Accelerate into the crook of the "V." If done right, you will fall through the wall.
Before the very end of the course, look the wall to the left. Next to (or around) the second ramp, there is a wall. If you can jump up this correctly, you'll roll down into a dip and spin there for a few minutes.
You don't need the ramp to get into the secret tunnel.
The "wank wall," heh heh heh. On the wall right after the first plam tree you pass, hold A and B and run up against it. Your player will spazz out.
Bowser's Castle Near the end of the course, right after the swirly tower, jump off of the ramp and turn around. You should see the bridge you had crossed moments ealier. Boost towards it. Instead of taking you back to the ramp, it will take you to the bridge. You can also cross through the wall here.
Have player one hold a blue shell and get into second. Player two should get into first place. Make sure play one holds the blue shell and stays in second. Player two can now run into the shell. You can go through the Bowser staues and up stair cases like this.
I was never able to repeat this, but... In the lava room, I hit where the wall meets the lava and fell through the floor.
DK's Jungle After the giant turbo jump, the road should turn into an "S" shape. After the first turn, there should be a lot of arrow signs. Instead of following their directions, turbo past them and past the trees. If you've done this right, you should see a bridge. Don't worry if you don't land on the bridge. Once you die, you'll be dropped on the bridge.
Kalamari Dessert Get onto the train track and face the train head-on. Now, I don't really know how I pulled this off, but I must have hit the train at a good angle, because I went under it without as much as a scratch.
Yoshi's Valley Right before you hit the "U" turn, you will notice the the fencing ends and there is a slight lump opn the track. Boost off of that lump and you will skip the whole "U" turn.
Same place as before, only this time, turn around backwards. On your left, turbo off the course. If angled correctly, you will land on a bridge.
Moo Moo Farm We call this the "up-the-butt" cow. Run into a Monty Mole and hit a cow.
Toad's Turnpike You can jump into, and sometimes over, the fence around the edge. You can even go to the underpass if done in the right place.
Frappe Snowland Run backwards at the start line. Once on the bridge, go to the left. Jump onto the snow, making sure not to touch the track. Pass the finish line and then run off course. Repeat to get free laps.
Once you reach the river, veer to the left or right durning the jump. Skid and get picked up by the lakitu. You might be A) Dropped into the river B) Dropped at the finish line C) Dropped through the water and into a void of infinate hell (only got to work with Bowser)
Choco Mountain You can jump up walls, sometimes to different parts of the track.
Skid around the "O" shaped turn, and jump off towards the track below. See how far you can drop into the pit and be able to still recover.
Mario Raceway It is possible to jump over the wall in a certain instersection. The track will sor tof bank up; use that as a ramp with a star or turbo aiding you.
Wario Stadium You can jump over EVERY DAMNED WALL.
Sherbet Land Bounce of a tunnel penguin and into/through the pillars in the cave.
Royal Raceway At the big ramp, you can skip the last half of the track by making a sharp left turn and jumping at the percise moment.
Rainbow Road Bug jump at the beginning. Y'all know this one.
All of these were found by a friend and I, though I think nearly all of them are well known.
