I think we've been without it long enough, I know some people were talking about getting rid of it in favor of a semi-general chat but instead we've opted to bring it back but with a few rules. Don't worry it's nothing too major and they aren't even really new, it's mostly common sense stuff or things that were already in the rules. There will be a sticky topic about them so read it.

So why are you posting them Klobber?

We want the re-opening to sort of be a fresh start, put past mistakes behind us and start anew. A clean slate if you will. It's going to take your cooperation to do this, so when it comes back, PLEASE do your best to follow the rules and not stir up drama. My worst fear was that immediately upon reopening it that it'd be filled with topics about it being closed and why it was a terrible idea, please do not do this. It's just going to cause un-needed drama.

Let's get the PPP back to its original purpose, a fun place for casual discussions and silly jokes. We're trying to fix things here, but we need your cooperation too.
