What happens when you cross a platformer with a board game? Well, this fangame is based on Boshi, the blue Yoshi with the black sunglasses and a horn. It's divided in 3 sections: "Field", "Action" and "Battle". Field mode is turn-based, and it's the way you move through the world map. But you don't control Boshi in the "Field" mode, leaving that task to the "Map Guides". Map guides are partners that help you in Field, Action, and Battle modes, each one having an unique special ability, and attributes such as Attack, Defense, and number of Moves per Turn. About the Battle mode, it's just like SMB3. You get in the same square your enemy is, and you enter a small level where you need to kill it. The turn-based style is what differs this game from others. After your turn ends, your opponent (the boss of the world you are in) begins his turn. He can summon enemies, move enemies, or just stay still. Note: Depending on the number of enemies summoned, the enemy can become a mini-boss. The Action mode is pretty much "Yoshi's-Island-like", except Boshi has different moves.   Hmm, credits credits credits... I have a loooooong list (you'll notice sprites from everyone when you open the game), and I'll put everyone's credits. I was thinking on adding these abilities as you get through levels... since everyone got confused about the 324692736932 commands and its pros and cons (rocket impulse and sonic roll, mostly)
But, sincerely, i would prefer to put them all in the start, leaving the "learn skills" fun to the Map Guides.

So... after finally having a normal day and getting outside for a while, hanging out with friends, beach, food, sgdhasgks, etc, I bring another hot update for you \o/ (cheers) Yeah, that "Fire Crater" was all messed and weirdly thrown together... then I decided to show you the progress of the original 1-1 level (not the bonus but the normal one). I think it's wayyy better than "Fire Crater", but I'll change the fire level anyway. Note: The level is not ready yet I also added the life counter, so Boshi is not immortal anymore xD. Hmm, and yea I know, I forgot to change the message block text =p. I'll make the "?" Blocks CDs invisible too, you can notice red lines above all "?" Blocks. I would loooove suggestions/critiques/comments/djkasgdjasgda/gshkgadhas okay? Frosty Chaotix =]

Yeah i noticed that. But instead of making it spit fire while walking, I'll make a little delay before you can spit fire, like, you keep the button pressed for 1 second (or less) and Boshi starts spitting fire. Well, if this doesn't work, I'll have him spit fire and walk xD.

err... about the .rar file... I thought everyone had winrar  I'll post zip files from now on, don't worry ^^ Well, after 1 week and 3 pages away xD, I'm back bringing another update. I changed the sonic roll a little. Now you can jump while rolling, and the only way to stop it (besides just... stopping xD) is pounding the ground. Also, there's a new "special" pound the ground, when you pound the ground after a Full Sonic Roll (sparkle sparkle and that red shadow =]) Added new enemies: Koopa Troopa and Parakoopa Added more "shadowing" Now you can roll on the ceiling \o/ (pretty neat and useful) Added Arrow Clouds to give you an impulse while rolling Hmm, trying to add slopes and such. I'm having some problems, you can see a triangle slope at the "end" of this level, but it's buggy, I'll try to fix it. That's all. Hope you like it. Critiques, Comments, Suggestions, Praises, Flames, Firebolts, Icicles, Storms, are all welcome (err, forget the flaming xDD) Frosty Chaotix ^^ ~
