Electronic Arts, Circuit City, and Utah's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force are all investigating how this mix-up might have happened.

Embarrassment??? Even if the family was lying, it was dumb for the representative to say that. If the claim is true, the result wouldn't have been just embarrassment, but the scarring of a kid's mind.
